  • When can I expect to recieve my order?
    We aim to dispatch parcels the same working day if ordered before 1pm. In some busy periods dispatch might take up to 2 working days. If you have not receieved your items 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us at and we can check the progress of your parcel.
  • Is there any way to speed up the delivery?
    If you need your item/s in a hurry, please contact us before you order. We will make your items a priority for dispatch and will arrange the quickest delivery possible. In some cases, this may cost a little extra, for example if you needed guarenteed next day delivery.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet - what do I do?
    In some busy periods, your order might take a little longer to reach you. If you are worried about an item not arriving within the usual delivery period (7 working days after dispatch) please contact us at and we can track the progress of your parcel.
  • My items have arrived damaged - what can I do?
    Please contact us immediately if your products arrived damaged in any way. It is always useful if you can send us over some pictures of the damage so that we can agree on a resoultion to the problem. Please email us at
  • I gave an incorrect or incomplete delivery address on my order - what do I do?
    If this happens please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We aim to dispatch parcels the same working day if ordered by 1pm so it may not be possible to change it before your parcel leaves us.
  • Do I have the option to send gifts directly to friends and family?
    Yes absoultely! We offer gift wrapping services and you can add gift messages too. Then all you need to do is add their name and address when it comes to shipping information and it will be sent directly to the recipient.
  • Do you offer wholesale and how do I become a stockist?
    Absolutely! If you are interested in becoming a stockist of our products, or want any information on our wholesale prices, please drop us an email at and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Is your packaging sustainable and recylcable?
    Yes 100%! All of our packaging is fully recyclable and plastic free. We use corn-starch packing peanuts and scrunced paper to secure your items, and we then seal your cardbaord parcels with recyclable paper tape.
  • I usually get headaches with candles - will I with yours?
    We have a lot of customers who have previously experienced headaches with candles from big name brands. However, with our all natural, plant based candles there are no chemical nasties used, and so they will not give you headaches. They are also pet safe.
  • How do I care for my candles?
    You must ensure that your candles are kept on heat-proof surfaces. We recommend using a coaster (like the ones you can buy on our shop) to ensure that you do not damage any furniture. You must leave at least 1cm of wax at the bottom of the candle container and then discard. DO NOT burn all the way to the bottom. Keep your wicks trimmed to ensure a clean burn. Once cool, trim it to around 1/4 of an inch. Keep away from pets and children. Do not leave a burning candle unattended. Do not leave an unlit candle in direct sunlight. Only burn for 4 hours at a time. Ensure that your first burn is for at least 3 hours to create an even burn pool. If you have a lid, ensure that you put the lid on once cool.   • What are your candles and melts made from?
    Our candles and melts are made from ethically sourced soy wax and are scented with a mixture of essential and fragrance oils. We use 100% cotton wicks for the candles to ensure sustainability and clean burning candles. Our candles are cruelty, palm oil and paraben free.
