Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship orders same working day if they are placed before 1pm. During busy periods, it may take 1-2 business days to dispatch orders. Parcels are shipped with Royal Mail. We offer free shipping on UK orders when you spend £35 or more.

All parcels are lovingly hand-packed by us using our fully recyclable packaging. We use recyclable tape, biodegradable corn-starch packing peanuts, and recycled Kraft shipping boxes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are completely happy with your purchase but if you are not 100% satisfied, please feel free to contact us via email at hello@yogicandlestudio.com and we can discuss the problem and come to an agreement on how we can solve it.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense.
If required, please contact us for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason.
When returning an item, it is recommended that you use a recorded service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty. Please contact us before returning.
If you have changed your mind about an item, we gladly accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. Items will then need to be returned within 21 days of receiving them. In this instance, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you wish to cancel an order please contact me ASAP. Because we aim to dispatch orders same working day, it may not be possible to cancel your order. Due of the nature of some items, (e.g. personalised or customised products such as wedding favours) unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for these.
